Where are We
We are located on the southwest coast of England. This guest house is perfectly situated to take advantage of the local tourist attractions. It is also within walking distance of Maenporth Beach and the South West Coastal Path.
There is train service to Falmouth with a regular bus service to the area during the day from there.
How to Get Here
From Exeter take either the A30 over Bodmin Moor or the A38 via Plymouth. At Truro follow the main road until you pick up the signs for Falmouth. Pass throught Playing Place and Devoran and continue until you see a roundabout with Asda on your left. Go straight over and a the next roundabout with a cannon in the center, thak the second exit signposted Maenporth. Follow the winding country lane down for about 3 miles and you will come to Maenporth Beach, Avalon Guest House is situated at the far end of the beach on the right hand side. Parking is in a side lane also on the right.
